I’ve been a customer for over 8 years. It’s close to Stewartville so it’s very convenient. Power gate makes punching in my code simple (never have to worry about forgetting a key). Appears secure; I’ve never had a problem with theft or vandalism. Management is easy to contact when I have a question. Billing is electronic and I can pay online. Cost is comparable to other units in my area and the grounds are well cared for and clean.

It used to be awesome. Not as much these days. Plus when the current owners bought the place, they said they wouldnt be raising the prices. Prices have gone up twice since they have been there. I'm guessing we're all paying for the fancy fence instead of the real labor it takes to run a storage facility.

New owner......previous owner did a fantastic job running this business. New owner is actually IMPROVING on this well run storage business! I've stored campers there for a number of years now. I think he runs a good business. Good price:value And he keeps a very good amount of gravel in the lots so your not tracking around mud. This is very much appreciated.

Warren is none the less an amazing guy who listened and was patient with me when I had to deal with all of my sisters belongings who passed away unexpectedly. Warren truly understood and made my family feel like there was no rush in the trying times ahead. For that I will be forever grateful and always do business in the future here.

Bear Cave has outstanding customer Service. I no longer live in the area and have more than once needed help with my storage and keys etc. This has saved me a few trips. I also love the gated community which makes me feel that my "stuff " is very safe. Thank you.

Bear Cave is a great storage facility. The security is top notch and the ease of use, access, and communication with the owners is great. Paying and autopay is an option and they are helpful with setting all of that up. I would highly recommend Bear Cave for your storage needs.

Like the fact that it's a little more secure with the gate, but a little inconvenient when you can't get to your unit after 8 p.m. And snow removal has gone downhill recently, glad we have had a mild winter so far this year.

Either pave the "streets" or bring in many loads of crushed rock to eliminate the awful mud after any rainfall! Had my shoe sucked off my foot one time when trying to pick my way through the mud to get to the door of my unit!!!

Well it use to be cheaper but I understand the increase since it was purchased from Warrren. I have a small U it but I’m glad I can do things online now
